This 10- 55 minute session coaching package with A.J. Mahari, for anyone who is still learning to cope with and recover from a relationship break-up, or anyone who knows that a relationship needs to be ended and is processing and developing an emotional preparedness for leaving a relationship will help you to get to know yourself better. It will also help you to understand in more aware ways what you have just experienced and what that means going forward in your life.
Relationship recovery coaching with A.J. Mahari will help you to better understand the dynamics of that unfolded in your relationship and at the same time help you to gain increased awareness about the ways that you were investing in relational patterns that were painful and that threaten your sense of self and emotional well-being. A.J. can also help you to identify goals that will provide you with a sense of purpose that will help you embrace your loss and the grief and open you up to what you will benefit from learning more about.
In relationship recovery, coping with the loss and the grief, and learning what you most need to know is key. This is a time to concentrate on yourself and in positive affirming ways that nurture your growth.
