What File Format Are Phoenix Rising Publications’ Products In?

All Ebooks are in PDF format only. They are not in hard copy. All Audio Programs are in mp3 format available for dowload only. They are not on CD’s and are not shipped out. Videos are in wmv format and they are also not in any hard copy or shipped out to you and will be available for electronic download on your computer only.

Do I need an Ebook Reader or an Mp3 Player?

No. You do not need any ebook reader device to read our ebooks. And, no, you do not need an mp3 player to play and listen to our Audio Programs. Ebooks can be read on your computer via Adobe reader which is available free online. Audio Programs can listened to using your computer in itunes or Windows Media Player or any other program on your computer that plays mp3’s.

How Will I Download My Purchase From Phoenix Rising Publications?

Upon the completion of your payment via PayPal (either a purchase from your paypal account or via a credit card) you will be sent an email with the web url where you can login and enter the username and password provided in that email. This email will come to you from sales@phoenixrisingpublication.ca – Please make sure that you check the email that you made your purchase with and that you check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes of completing your purchase.

How Will I Receive My Purchased Product(s)?

All of the products available here for purchase from Phoenix Rising Publications are digital products that are available for electronic download on your computer upon purchase only.

Does Phoenix Rising Publications Ship My Purchase to Me?

No. All products purchased from Phoenix Rising Publications on this website are digital products that you must download. Products available on this website are not in hard copy. They will not be shipped to you.

Why has my Product Access Expired?

From the time you complete your purchase, your username and password are active in our database for you to access and download your digital products. If, for any reason you do not download your product(s) within this time frame the system automatically locks access. In this case, please email us at the email address below and let us know that you need to have your access extended and we will do that for you one time.

I have a dial-up/wireless internet connection why are my downloads failing?

Downloading large files can be difficult on a dial-up or wireless connection. A download manager can help by resuming the download if your connection is lost and later re-established. Two popular programs are ReGet Deluxe and Download Accelerator Plus (DAP). Please note we do not supply technical support for these programs.

How Do I Arrange A Life Coaching Session After Purchase?

Upon the completion of your purchase/payment for any life coaching services, separately or bundled with other products from Phoenix Rising Publications, you will receive an email from sales@phoenixrisingpublications.ca that will provide you with an email address to email A.J. Mahari and schedule your session(s).

Do I Have To Arrange My Life Coaching Session Immediately?

No. You have up to 30 days after any life coaching session (or program) purchase to email A.J. Mahari and arrange to schedule your session(s). Please contact A.J. within this time period so that you do not lose the time that you have purchased.
